Keep in mind that this game had a very good PC port.ĮDIT 2: I'm running the Radeon Crimson 15.11.1 drivers. CPU-usage sits at 60%-90%, depending on the situation.

I hope that this gets fixed with a patch or driver update in the near future, that will however not fix that Avalanche and Square Enix screwed their customers.ĮDIT: For reference, GTA V's GPU-usage at very high settings, getting 50-70 FPS all the time during a huge battle against the police with explosions and stuff everywhere. It seems to be really bad optimization, as I can run GTA V at 60fps at high - very high settings quite easily. Pretty much the same happens with the CPU-usage, all 4 cores are sitting at ~50% most of the time, with some weird spikes going on, where one core goes up to 100% and the other 3 ones go down to 0%. As you can see, it never really goes higher than 60%, usually hovering below 50%, even dropping as low as 0% during the freezes. I looked at my GPU-usage (I just flew around in the first bit and then started attacking a huge military base in the second part), and I think I've found the problem. Changing the graphics-options doesn't really help as well, low or high, nothing changes. It also doesn't really matter whether I'm just wingsuiting around or blow shit up, it lags equally. It feels like 5 FPS and every few seconds the game just freezes for a second or two, making it completely unplayable.

I'm playing on a R9 270X 2GB, i5-4460 and 8GB RAM, which means that I easily meet the minimum requirements and should be able to play the game with a good framerate. I've put my settings to high and enabled all of the additional graphics-options. I recently read something about low GPU-usage causing the stutters in the comments here, so I tested it out myself.
